Have Questions?

1. What is a credit sweep?

A credit sweep is a rapid dispute process where we challenge negative, inaccurate, or unverifiable items on your credit report—like late payments, charge-offs, and collections—to have them permanently removed. This can dramatically improve your credit score in a short time.

2. How long does the credit sweep take?

Our TransUnion sweep typically takes 2–3 weeks. The sweeps for Experian and Equifax may take 30–60 daysdepending on your credit file.

3. What does the Basic Package include?

The Basic Package includes:

  • Full TransUnion sweep (2–3 weeks)

  • Experian and Equifax sweeps completed within 30–60 days

  • Removal of negative accounts, late payments, and more

  • Price: $999 upfront

4. What is the Plus Package or Add-On Service?

This option is for clients who want maximum score boosting and better approval odds. It includes:

  • Targeted removal of high-impact items

  • Additional file optimization

  • Customized enhancements for better lender credibility

  • Pricing begins at $1,500

5. What documents do I need to provide to start?

To begin your credit sweep, we require:

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Social Security Number

  • Full Address

  • A utility bill (gas, electric, or water) showing your current name and address

All information is encrypted and handled securely by our credit specialists.

6. How do I pay for the service?

All payments are made upfront and directly to our credit specialists via secure methods. You will receive a payment confirmation and client agreement before we begin.

7. Is this legal?

Yes. We operate in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), which allows consumers to dispute inaccurate or unverifiable information on their credit reports.

8. How much can I expect my credit score to increase?

Results vary based on your credit history and the number/type of items removed. Many clients see score boosts of 80–200+ points, especially when paired with our add-on services.

9. Will the items come back after they’re removed?

In most cases, once items are removed via our dispute process, they do not return—as long as no new activity is reported from the original creditor.

10. What if I have questions during the process?

You can reach us anytime by text, call, or email. We also offer real-time updates and have a support line available during business hours.

11. Do you offer payment plans or refunds?

At this time, we require full upfront payment. Due to the nature of credit services, all sales are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our client agreement.
